These terms and conditions shall define and govern the interaction between you - the user with us i.e., Slick Organics Private Limited hereinafter referred to as 'ARATA' on the website www.arata.in. By using the informational and/or other services made available on the website, you, the user acknowledge and agree to the terms of service and the privacy policy herein. Continued usage of the application shall imply acceptance of the terms and conditions by the user. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

1. ABOUT ARATA

ARATA which operates from the website www.arata.in, hereinafter referred to as 'Site', provides various health-care, skin-care, hair-care and personal-care products for order and may include other informational and educational services that promote a healthy lifestyle such as articles, blog posts and other engaging content. This website is designed as a portal to access the information about our products and services as well as to purchase the products and in the future may provide additional related services and facilities.

2. INFORMATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All publicly viewable information available on the ARATA website is the sole intellectual property of ARATA unless otherwise stated. All efforts are undertaken to ensure that the quality and efficacy of information available on the website is accurate and updated.

3. REFUND POLICY:

Refund Timeline and Method of Credit : Approved refund credits will be made in the original Method of Payment within 7 working days.

At ARATA, we ensure that the information we have about you is protected and secure. We value our relationship with you and work hard to preserve your privacy and ensure that your preferences are honored. At the same time, the very nature of our relationship may result in us collecting or sharing certain types of information about you. No personally identifiable information is collected save for - surveys, registration forms, account information or order information. Any personal information is kept only for compliance with legal standards as may prevail from time to time. Changes to privacy policy may be incurred without prior notice due to growing business operations or for legal compliance.

4. ORDER POLICY

ARATA's employees, agents, logistics partners or designees will deliver the orders placed on the site after the order has been successfully placed and the payment has been processed – except for cash on delivery options for which the full payment in cash must be done at the time of delivery to our representative or logistics partner.

a.    Pricing: All the products will be sold at or below MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of placing an order are the applicable prices.

b.    Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must email us at [email protected]. If an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer cancellation unless the product is defective/faulty.

c.   All the products are Non-returnable and Non-exchangable. The product(s) can only be replaced in case if it's in defective condition/damaged. The same shall be informed within 48 hours of the delivery of the order via email([email protected]), after which the product is not liable for replacement.

e.   You Agree and Confirm-

I.  That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by ARATAfor redelivery shall be claimed from you.

II.   That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.

III.   You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. ARATA reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order.

IV.   That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of ARATA. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ARATA, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to ARATAor any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

8. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

If any dispute arises between you and ARATA during your use of the Website or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the User Agreement and Terms and Conditions the dispute shall be first referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by ARATA. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
