Return & Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

While we're confident you'll love your Arata products, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return and refund policies, as per the categories listed below.

1. Damaged or defective products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform the support team within 3 days of delivery.
  • Share images of the product and your order ID via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once the request is reviewed (usually within 24–48 working hours), a replacement will be arranged.

2. Missing or incorrect items:

  • Contact support within 3 days of delivery.
  • You may be asked to share an unboxing video or images of the package.
  • After verification, the missing or correct item will be sent.

3.  If you don’t like the product:

  • You can return the product within 7 days of delivery, but it must be sent back by courier to our warehouse.
  • After receiving the return, the value may be credited as store coins/credit to your Arata account after quality checks.

4. When returns are not accepted:

  • If the original packaging or labels are missing.
  • If the request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

5. Refund timeline:

  • Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within up to 7 working days. 

6. Order cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Please contact customer service to request a cancellation.

Process to follow in case of:

A. Damaged item delivered:

  • Step 1 - Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@arata.in with pictures of the damaged item and your order ID.
  • Step 2 - We'll review your request within 48 working hours and arrange a replacement of the product.

B. Missing or incorrect items delivered:

  • Step 1 - Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@arata.in with your order ID, a video of unboxing in case of missing items, and pictures of incorrect items.
  • Step 2 - We'll review your request within 48 working hours.
  • Step 3 - If approved, we'll promptly ship the missing/correct items.

C. Don't like the product:

If you're not satisfied with your Arata purchase for any reason:

  • You can courier the product back within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your package, we'll credit the equivalent coins to your Arata account.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)

  • Return/replacement request generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.

D. Modify or cancel order:

You can modify or cancel the order only in case the order status is ‘unfulfilled’. Once the status is fulfilled or dispatched, modification or cancellations would not be possible. To check status:

  • Step 1 -  Go to www.arata.in.
  • Step 2 - Login to your Arata profile, from the icon (  )on the top right section.
  • Step 3 - Go to ‘Order History’.
  • Step 4 - From the listed orders, go to the order line item you wish to check the status of and click ‘View Status’ on the top right of the order line item.

Shipping Charges:

Enjoy FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount of ₹299. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery. Shipping rates shown at checkout are final.

Note - 

  1. No Cash on Delivery (COD) option for Flash Sale product(s).

  2. No refund will be provided for Flash Sale. 

  3. No freebies would be provided during the Flash/Clearance Sale.
